Dash of salt
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion
20 good size mushrooms
8 oz. cream cheese
stems from mushrooms chopped
3 slices of bacon crushed or (1/2 jar real bacon bits)
Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix salt, pepper, onion, mushroom stems, bacon and cream cheese. Stuff each mushroom. Place in baking dish with 1/4 inch of water, (I use 1 tablespoon of butter). Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
