1 lb icing sugar
1/3 cup cocoa
1/4 cup soft butter
1 egg white unbeaten
1 tsp. vanilla
5 tbsp evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, sift icing sugar. Add other ingredients. Whip at medium speed until fluffy. Sometimes a little more milk is needed. Usually makes enough icing to cover a large angel cake.
