6 Pork Chops
3 tbsp. Butter (melted)
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
3 tbsp. Flour
1 can Chicken Broth
6 c. potatoes
Dash of Paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter on the stove in a sauce pan. Add salt, pepper, flour. Pour in chicken broth and dash of paprika. Stir well and heat to boiling then put on low. Put a layer of potatoes in a long glass dish. Top with the pork chops. Pour mixture on top. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Remove foil and bake 30 minutes longer.
