Ingredients:  
1 onion
3-4 cloves garlic
1 stick butter/margarine
2 pks. frozen chopped spinach
8 oz. sour cream
8 oz. block of cream cheese
1 jar artichokes drained and chopped
3/4 cup Parmesan cheese (I use shredded)
1 block Monterey Jack cheese
salt and peppr or Tony's to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Saute the onions and garlic in butter for 10 minutes. Add cooked and drained spinach (nuke it), stir well and add in the remaining ingredients, cook until the cheese is melted.
