2 teaspoons dry mustard
5 Tablespoons lemon juice or more
5 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon paprika
2 cups safflower or extra virgin light olive oil
4 oz. blue cheese, crumbled
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 teaspoon black pepper to taste
1/8 teaspoon onion powder to taste

Beat in a blender on high all ingredients except oil, ketchup and blue cheese. Chill
Pour oil into chilled mixture in a slow stream, stirring constantly until mixture gets thick.
