1 pkg yeast
1/2 cup warm water
1 T sugar

1/2 cup melted butter
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 cups warm water
1 beaten egg
1/2 cup sugar
4 cups white flour
4 cups wheat flour

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve the yeast and sugar in 1/2 warm water; set aside. Mix butter,salt,egg, sugar and water; add yeast mixture; knead in flours. Let raise until doubles. Punch down; form into rolls or loaves. Let raise again. Bake at 400 for 5 minutes then turn down oven to 350 bake for another 15 minutes or until golden brown . Brush top with melted butter.

You can replace the sugar with honey. This is a very versatile dough can be used as base for any bread product. I like this recipe because there is really no kneading just mix well with dough hook.
