1 pkg dry yeast
1/4 cup warm water
1 T sugar

4 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar

1 cup butter soften (use 1 stick butter & 1 stick oleo)
2 beaten eggs
1 cup warm milk

Extra butter for spreading

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast & 1 T sugar in 1/4 c warm water. Set aside. Sift flour, sugar and salt together; cut in the butter/oleo. Add yeast mixture and eggs to flour mixture; gradually add warm milk. Mix well, but do not beat. Cover and let stand overnight in refrigerator. Then divide into fourths and roll out in the shape of a 9" pie and spread with soft butter; cut into 8 wedges; roll into horns and shape into crescents. Let dough raise for about 2 hours or until double in bulk. Bake at 350 for 15 to 20 minutes. Ice with soft butter icing and sprinkle with finely chopped pecans. (I put icing on with a brush as you want it very thin)
