2 c. cooked Shrimp - finely chopped (you can
also use crab meat- clean well)
2 Scallion - finely chopped
1 c. Cream Cheese - softened
1 tbsp. Paprika
1
20 store-bought spring roll wrappers
Egg Wash: 2 egg yolks and 2 tsp. water - mix well

Mix all ingredients well. Put a teaspoon of the mixture in the middle of each spring roll wrapper. Brush with egg wash. Bake in a 450 oven until golden brown (5 to 10 minutes).
