1 large can sauerkraut
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 chopped onion
1/4 cup green pepper
1/3 cup vinegar
1/3 cup oil
2 cups sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Place kraut, celery, onions & green pepper in large bowl. Mix vinegar, oil, and sugar. Pour over kraut mix. Let stand 24 hours in tightly covered container. Keeps for several weeks in refrigerator.
