1 head lettuce torn
4 chicken breasts, cooked and diced
4 large stalks celery diced
1 large cucumber, peeled and cut up
2 oz silvered almonds
1 T sesame seeds
1 can chow mein noodles
Dressing
3 T sugar
2 tsp salt
6 T vinegar
1 tsp pepper
1/2 cup oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix vegetables well, you can also use tomatoes, broccoli, mushroom etc. Make dressing in a jar and shake really well. Pour over salad just before serving. Top with chow mein noodles.
