1 lb. ground round
1/2 cup or more of coursely chopped celery
1 cup chopped onion

Saute' vegetables and then brown meat.

Sauce:
1 quart tomatoes
1 small can tomato sauce
1 can mushrooms
small amount of green pepper, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sauce at simmer for 1/2 hour or more. Add cooked 8 oz. box of elbow pasta last so it doesn't get mushy.
