1 pkg German Chocolate Cake Mix 1-14 oz sweetened condensed milk 1-12 oz carmel topping 1-8oz cool whip 6 oz heath bar bits crushed
Prepare cake according to directions in a greased 9x13 pan. Cool slightly. Poke holes in cake with wooden spoon handle. Combine milk and carmel and pour over warm cake. Cover and chill. Frost cake with cool whip and candy
