8 oz. cream cheese
1-1/2 C. softened butter
3 C. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cream cheese and butter, add flour and stir until dough is formed. Roll dough into small balls and place in greased tart pans -- press dough in tart pan to form crust.

Filling:
4 eggs, beaten
3 C. brown sugar
4 T. melted butter
dash salt
2 tsp. vanilla extract
3/4 lb. chopped pecans
Beat eggs and brown sugar with wire whisk; add
melted butter, dash of salt and vanilla extract. Stir in pecans.

Fill tarts 3/4 full (they puff up) and bake at 350 for 20 to 30 mins.
