1 bag frozen (16 oz) broccoli, carrots and cauliflower (thawed and drained) (fresh, cooked are a little better)
1 can mushroom soup
1/3 cup sour cream
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 can Durkee French Fried Onions

Directions:
Directions:
Combine soup,1/2 cup of cheese, sour cream, pepper, and 1/2 of onions. Mix into vegetables. Pour into 1 quart casserole dish. Bake covered at 350 F for 30 mins. Top with remaining cheese and onions. Bake uncovered for 5 mins longer.
