5 peeled potatoes
4 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Beat cream cheese, sour cream, salt, pepper and parsley together. Mix together with the potatoes. Put in 9 x 13 baking dish. Cool, refrigerate and heat uncovered at 350 F for 30 mins.
