1 tsp salt
1 to 3 sticks cinnamon
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp whole clove

Directions:
Directions:
Combine brown sugar, salt and cider, tie spices in cheese cloth and drop into pan. Simmer covered for 20 minutes or longer. Add thin slices of orange peel.
