1 cups raw rice
2 eggs
cup oil
1 cup milk
2 packages (10 ounces each) frozen broccoli cut with scissors while frozen
1 pound Velveeta cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice and set aside. Beat eggs slightly. Add oil, milk, broccoli and cheese. Combine with rice. Pour into greased casserole. Bake in 350 degree oven for 40 minutes covered and 20 minutes uncovered.
