A Northern Recipe

16 ounces noodles, broad
pound Velveeta cheese
pound margarine
1 tspn. vanilla
1 pound cottage cheese
1 cup sour cream
4 eggs
1 cups milk
cup sugar
Sprinkle of Cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Grease 13 X 7 inch pan with margarine. Cut up Velveeta cheese and pound margarine in bottom of pan. Pour cooked, drained noodles on top and mix through. Mix cottage cheese and sour cream through noodles. Beat eggs until frothy, add vanilla, sugar and 1 cups milk. Pour over noodle mixture. Sprinkle top with cinnamon and sugar. Bake 1 hours at 350 degrees.
