1 loaf bread, cubed
3 tbsp melted butter
1/2 minced onion
1/2 c chopped celery
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 can cream of chicken or celery soup
2 tsp poultry seasoning
Cooked giblets, ground (optional)
Sage to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in heavy sauce skillet. Add onion. Cook until soft. Mix remaining ingredients. Add water or milk until moistened. Cook in crock pot on low for 4 hours.
