1/2 c margarine softened
3/4 c packed brown sugar
1 egg
1 c flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 c applesauce
1 c quick oatmeal
1/2 c raisins

Directions:
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, cream together margarine and brown sugar. Beat in egg. In another bowl, stir together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, soda and salt. Stir flour mixture into creamed mixture. Add applesauce. Stir in oatmeal and raisins. Fill paper-lined muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
