2 pieces fish
small onion, chopped
1 garlic, chopped
parsley, chopped

Saute' together the onion, garlic and parsley.

Add 2 cans tomato sauce
A little wine

Simmer Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Flour fish and brown in hot oil, then cover and turn and brown on other side. Carefully remove bones while in pan.

Pour sauce over and serve.
