1 C. Crisco shortening
1 C. brown sugar
1 C. granulated sugar
2 eggs, beaten
2 C. flour
1 T. baking soda
1 T. salt
1 T. vanilla extract
2 C. Crushed potato chips
1 C. chopped nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening, sugar and eggs. Mix flour, salt and baking soda together with wire whisk and add to creamed mixture. Add vanilla and stir well. Add potato chips and crushed nuts. Bake 350 10 - 12 minutes.

Original handwritten by mom. I know you can add chocolate chips if you like. This is great for using up potato chip crumbs.
