1 tsp finely diced onion
1 tsp finely diced chiles
1 tsp finely diced cilantro
1 espresso spoon salt
grind ingredients together, then add...
2 avocado's..
next add
2 soup spoons diced tomato
1 1 tsp finely diced diced onion
1 tsp finely diced diced chiles
1 tsp finely chopped cilantro
1 squeeze 1/2 lime...
Gently blend with two wooden spoons

The above recipe is medium spice..
If you want mild, no chiles at the end of the recipe.
Spice, add 2 tsp chiles at the end of the recipe..
Great with a margarita!!!
