Personal Notes:
Even though I love whole wheat bread, there is something to be said about plain white bread. This recipe is all natural and has a great flavor. My family loves it. In fact, I have to make plain bread for Eric primarily, since he is not fond of the crunchy healthful kind. If you must have white bread, you will love this recipe. The honey gives it just the right touch. I usually just pour it in without measure. A little extra won't hurt.
