Sirloin, sliced thin
flour
garlic cloves - to taste
onion slices - more than you think you would need as they reduce to very little.

salt and pepper to taste
mushrooms - to taste
egg noodles - cooked
1/2 to 1 c. mushroom soup - and,
1/2 to 1 c. sour cream - depending on how much
steak you have.You want a creamy mixture.

Flour and brown Sirloin with garlic cloves.Fill fry pan with water and add onions and salt and pepper and mushrooms. Simmer until water is reduced to about 1 cup. Mix soup and sour cream. Add to sirloin mixture. Serve over noodles.
