1 c. dry red wine
1 c. Chicken bouillon
1 onion sliced 1 garlic clove chopped
salt & pepper
1/8 t. nutmeg
6 eggs
1 1/2 T. flour
1 T. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Combine wine, bouillon, onion, garlic and salt & pepper. Cover. Simmer on low heat 10 minutes. Strain and bring again to a boil. Drop eggs into boiling liquid and simmer 4 to 5 minutes. Remove from liquid and keep hot. Boil liquid until reduced to 1 cup. Mix flour and butter to a paste. Add a little at a time to liquid stirring constantly. Place eggs on wrong side of buttered toast. Pour sauce over eggs and serve.
