1 - 250 g pkg sour cream
1 - 8 oz pkg cream cheese
taco seasoning or salsa

1 green pepper, seeded and chopped finely
3 - 4 green onions, chopped
1 tomato, diced
grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sour cream, cream cheese and seasoning or salsa together. Use enough seasoning or salsa to give your desired taste of spiciness. Pour into shallow dish with mixture about 1/2 inch thick all around. Top with the chopped onion, tomato and green peppers. Sprinkle the grated cheese on top. Serve with tortilla chips.
