2 lbs ground beef
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 egg
1/2 pkg onion soup mix

Sauce:
3 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup vinegar
1 1/2 cups water
1 1/2 cups ketchup
2 tsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the ingredients for the meat balls together and then roll into balls and brown in oven.

For the sauce, mix all ingredients together. Cook until thick. Keep refrigerated. When needed, pour over meatballs and heat in oven.

Personal Notes:
I like to heat the meatballs and sauce in a crock pot over a 2-3 hours. Serve over hot rice or as an appetizer.
