6 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
Half and Half (or Vanilla Ice Cream)
Nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Separate eggs and beat until stiff. Add 1/4 cup sugar into each (whites and yellows). Fold yellows into whites easily. Fold in half and half (or ice cream) slowly until correct thickness. Add nutmeg and whisky or rum if desired.
