3 lbs. hamburger
1 large onion
2 eggs
1 small green sweet pepper
3 to 4 slices bread or approx. 1/2 c. quick cook oatmeal
2 to 3 tsp. mustard
salt and black pepper
1 12 oz. can Carnation Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all of above ingredients together. Make 2 rolls or 2 dishes. Bake for 45 minutes at 400 degrees. Take out of oven. Drain off excess grease. Then pour 1 can of tomato sauce over meatloaf. Bake for 15 minutes more.
