1 egg white
1/2 c. sugar
1 T. cinnamon
Pecan halves

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg white until frothy but not stiff. Dip pecans and then toss in sugar mixed with cinnamon. Toast in a 250 oven for 1 hour. Stir every 15 minutes
