1 Red Onion
2 Tomatoes
1 package of shredded Mozzarella cheese
Rosemary
Minced garlic
4 lemons
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 6 inch ciabatta roles

Directions:
Directions:
Squeeze enough lemon juice to cover chicken. Marinate chicken in lemon juice, garlic and rosemary for at least 1 hour. Bake or BBQ chicken. Place chicken on ciabatta bread. Slice red onion and tomato and place on chicken. Cover with mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese is melted.
