1 20 ounce can of crushed pineapple
1 bunch of green onion diced
peanuts (optional)
Vegetable Oil

Sweat and Sour Sauce:
3 cups of Water
12 tbsp. of White Vinegar
3 cups of Brown Sugar
6 tbsp. of Cornstarch
12 tbsp of Catshup
6 tbsp of Pineapple Juice (drained from a can of pineapple)

Directions:
Directions:
Cut chicken into bitesize pieces. Sprinkle with salt. Dip in beaten egg and then coat with cornstarch. Brown in oil. (It takes approximately 45 minutes as cornstarch does not brown quickly).

Disolve cornstarch in water. Add all other ingredients and cook. Stir until thick.

Place chicken in shallow baking dish and pour sauce over chicken. Garnish with pineapple, peanuts, and green onion. Bake at 250 - 300 degrees for 20 minutes or until everything is hot.
