6 oz. Yolk-Free noodles
12 oz. Bernardís crawfish tails
1 can 98% fat-free cream of chicken soup
6 oz. light Velveeta Cheese
Creole Seasoning Mix (onions, peppers, etc.)
Olive oil spray
Tonyís to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Spray skillet with olive oil spray. Sautť chopped seasoning for 5 minutes. Add soup and crawfish. Cook on low for 5 minutes. Boil noodles until tender, drain, and mix with crawfish mix.
