1- 6 oz pkg stuffing mix
3/4 cup butter melted
3 cups diced zucchini
2 cups cubed chicken
1 10 1/2 oz can cream of chicken soup
1 medium carrot shredded
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and mix with stuffing mix. Set aside 1/2 c for topping. Add zucchini, chicken, carrots, onion and sour cream to stuffing mix. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes at 350 oven. Canned chicken or leftover chicken works well in this recipe
