1 cup oil
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 cup water
3 cups apples, peeled and chopped in large chunks
1 cups pecans
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
dash of nutmeg
3 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together oil, sugar, eggs, vanilla and water. Add apples and pecans. Mix in soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and flour. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
