1 C. Boiling Water 1 C. Flour
1/2 C. Shortening or Oleo 4 Eggs

ICING:
1 box Powdered Sugar Milk
1 stick Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Add shortening or oleo to boiling water; add flour. Take off burner and cool a little bit, beat in one egg at a time. Drop by teaspoon 2" apart on cookie sheet. Bake for 30 minutes at 350. Fill with vanilla pudding. Top with icing.

These are great cooled but the kids ate them as fast as Vicki could bake them. I was kind of guilty of that too !!
