1/2 head lettuce
3 to 6 sliced green onions, use part of tops too
4 stalks celery, cut fine
1 pkg. frozen green peas, cooked, seasoned and cooled
1-1 1/2 cups Hellman's mayonnaise
t tbsp. sugar, sprinkled over the above ingredients
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, sprinkled on above
1/4 cup cheddar cheese, grated-cover all ingredients
6 or 7 slices bacon, crumbled

Make one day ahead and seal in saran wrap. Very attractive if you use in a glass bowl. This salad never wilts and is just as crisp the second day
