4 potatoes (2 pounds)
2 tsp canola oil
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. dried basil
1 tsp. season salt
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cut each potato lengthwise in half. Cut each half into three wedges. In a large bowl, sprinkle potatoes with oil; toss to coat. Combine the remaining ingredients. Add to potatoes; toss to coat.
Arrange potato lengthwise in a single layer on a 15x10x1-in baking pan coated with a nonstick cooking spray. Sprinkle with any remaining coating. Bake at 350 for 45-55 minutes or until golden brown and tender.

Great to cook on grill...Just put the recipe inside the tinfoil and cook off direct heat...turn the tin foil bag over and cook that side as well. About 1 hour on the grill....
Why not throw on shredded american cheese, what's a couple extra calories with this dish....
