1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup bread crumbs or crushed crackers
1/3 cup minced onion
1 egg
1/4 cup milk
1 tbsp parsley
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 (10 oz) jargrape jelly
1 (12 oz) bottle chili sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all except jelly and chili sauce and form into 1" balls. Place on cookie sheet and bake in 350 oven for 15-20 minutes. While baking, heat chili sauce and grape jelly, stirring constanty until jelly is melted. Add meatballs, stir until coated. Simmer, uncovered 30 minutes.
