3 cups thinly sliced zucchini, 1 cup Bisquick, 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, 1/2 cup finely chopped onion, 2 tblspns parsley,1/2 tspn salt, 1/2 tspn seasoned salt, 1/2 tspn oregano, dash of pepper, 1 clove of garlic finely chopped, 1/2 cup oil, 4 eggs slightly beaten

Heat oven to 350. Grease 13x9x2 pan. Mix all ingredients. Spread in pan. Bake until golden brown about 25 minutes. Cut into rectangles.
