4 sweet potatoes (about 3 lbs)
2 tbsp. canola or other vegetable oil
2 tbsp. Cajun spice seasoning
1 tsp. hot pepper sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400. Spray a jelly roll pan with nonstick cooking spray. Cut sliced sweet potatoes into strips. Mix oil, seasoning and hot pepper sauce in a large bowl until blended. Add potatoes and toss until well coated. Spread in prepared jelly roll pan.
Bake about 40 minutes, turning potatoes occasionally, until tender. Serve immediately.
