1 can of coconut milk
1/2 cup of cornmeal
1/2 cup of milk (more or less to make it firmer or smoother)
3 tbs of sugar
1 pinch of salt
vanilla and cinnamon to taste

1 lata de leche de coco
1/2 taza de harina de maiz
1/2 taza de leche fresca (mas o menos de acuerdo a cuan suave o firme la desee)
3 cucharadas de azucar
1 pizca de sal
canela y vainilla a gusto

Mix and cook all ingredients on medium heat while stirring for five minutes approximately. When the mix starts to thicken lower the heat and continue stirring until it bubbles for approximately 3 more minutes. Sprinkle with cinnamon before serving.

Mezclar y cocinar todos los ingredientes a fuego mediano mientras mueve por 5 minutos aproximadamente. Cuando comience a espesar bajar a fuego lento y continuear moviendo hasta que burbujee, aproximadamente 3 minutos mas. Espolvoree con canela antes de servir.
