-Large Bowl
- Prepared grill

4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
1/4 cup cooking oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup dry sherry
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 clove minced garlic
2 tablespoons molasses

Directions:
Directions:
In bowl, combine cooking oil, soy sauce, sherry, ginger and garlic. Add chicken and stir to coat with marinade. Refrigerate 4-6 hours or overnight, turning chicken occasionally. Drain chicken reserving marinade. Place chicken on grill, about 8 inches from heat; grill, turning occasionally, about 30 minutes. Stir molasses into reserved marinade and use to baste chicken during last 10 minutes of cooking.
