2 C Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 C Butter
2/3 C Sugar
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Ginger
Milk, enough to make a stiff dough.
Molasses - optional to use instead of spices.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients together using enough milk to make a stiff dough (like regular biscuits). Roll out dough and cut with a biscuit cutter. Bake until golden.

Sprinkle with sugar as soon as you remove them
from the oven.

Grandmaw (Florence) would use molasses instead of the cinnamon and ginger. Add molasses to your liking, I use maybe 1/4 C.
