Directions:
Put 3 c. pie plant in botton crust then beat 3 eggs, 1 c. sugar, juice from 1/2 lemon and pour over pieplant. Dot with butter and put on top crust and bake.

This is the way Grandma had it written on the recipe card and if you don't know pie plant is, it is rhubarb.
