3 lb stew meat
1 small onion chopped
2 T oil.
2 cans cream of mushrooms soup
1 envelope of onion soup mix
1/2 c wine
1 (16 OZ) carton of sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
In a skillet, cook meat and onion in oil until brown and tender.
Add remaining ingredients except sour cream. cover and simmer for 1 hour until tender. Stir occasionally.
Add sour cream heat and serve over rice or noodles.
