1 BOX RITZ CRACKERS, CRUSHED
WHITE WINE OR SHERRY
MELTED BUTTER
1 CAN CRAB MEAT
1 12 OZ LAGOSTINO
PEPPER ( DON'T ADD SALT)

BUY THE LARGEST MOST BEAUTIFUL SHRIMP YOU CAN FIND. CUT DOWN THE CENTER AND PULL OUT THE BLACK VEIN. WASH IN COLD WATER. STUFF WITH MIXTURE. YOU CAN ADD MORE BUTTER OR JUICE OF THE CRAB TO MOSIEN THE MIXTURE.
BAKE AT 325 OVEN.
SHELLS WILL TURN RED
