1 cup mayo
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. black pepper
4 Cups (5-6) cooked, peeled and cubed potatoes
1 Cup diced celery
1/2 Cup chopped onion
2 Hard-boiled eggs chopped

Directions:

In large bowl, stir together first 5 ingredients until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and toss to coat well. Cover and Chill.
