2 sticks oleo
2 c. sugar
6 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. coarsely chopped pecans
1 (7 oz.) Angel Flake coconut
1 (12 oz.) box vanilla wafers, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Grease and flour tube pan. (Don't use Teflon pan). Cream oleo and sugar. Beat and add eggs one at a time. Beat well. Add vanilla wafers and milk alternately. Add coconut, pecans and vanilla. Bake at 325F for 1-1/2 hours. After cooling, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
